I entrusted my grandfather with Premier Homecare and the team there was kind, reliable and respectful to his needs. At a time when my family needed sensitivity and compassionate care, they gave me the peace of mind knowing he was in good hands.

I hired Premier for my elderly parent who had recent surgery. Outstanding customer service. Very caring and friendly staff. Overall very satisfied! Would recommend.

Hired them for a week 10 AM to 4 PM each day for my 94 year old mother in law who has dementia …. (She was at Riverbend where there are nurses and Psws ) They were brutally aware she was a flight risk… this is why we hired them…. Assured us there would be coverage even if someone called in sick they had it covered…. They didn’t…. Sent an 18 year old in who left at noon and nobody covered the last 4 hours… another day the worker came late… another day the worker disappeared in the middle of their shift 🤷♀️I would never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone…. They never called me to review what happened just sent the invoice… one star is to much!
