It was a Chartwell residence until Prima Living took it over in July 2026.
The whole residence is on one floor, which makes getting around easier for a parent who tires on stairs or long hallways.
Independent living here includes three meals a day, weekly housekeeping, utilities, medication management and round-the-clock care staff, with a landscaped courtyard, garden spaces and a patio.
