No heat all day there and also tonight 😕, they put electric heater in there apartment how safe is that 🤥 so there will be alot of people not sleeping tonight, really sad, lm afraid for them 😔

I popped by to inquire about a room for my grandmother. The front reception desk was empty, so I went in search for someone. I found a staff member, but she was yelling quite aggressively at another individual. I left without talking to anyone - this isn’t the type of environment I’d subject my grandmother to.
