Very frustrating experience dealing with my in-laws care here. The hands on staff dealing with the clients is overall good and caring. The doctor of the facility is inexperienced and quite ineffective. If you have parents who are healthy and need little intervention this place is great but if they need extra medical attention by a doctor, don't move them here. Having said that my in-laws loved the variety of food and the cleaning of their unit was ok. The building itself is well maintained and has lots of events for the residents to attend if so inclined.

Our mother has been at Prominence Way for about eight months now and suffers from mid stage dementia. I want to thank the staff for their caring attitude that makes all the difference for both her and for the family. Martin

My mom and dad were nervous about moving from their house of 50+ years into Prominence Way Retirement Community, but Karen made it easy and helped them to move in quickly when my mom needed help and organized the in-house doctor. It took my parents a little while to settle in, but the great food, kind staff and the lovely well-kept hotel-like facility won them over. They also felt the warmth from the other residents, which I think that the Prominence Way staff helps to cultivate by making the residents happy through running great events so that they can socialize. With respect to the nurses and LPNs, I have been continually impressed by their care, attention, and kindness. I wholeheartedly recommend Prominence Way
