We couldn’t be happier with the care and support provided to our brother by Qualicare. Their team is professional, compassionate, and truly goes above and beyond for their clients. Communication is excellent, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the people they serve. Highly recommend!

I would recommend this business if you require a care aid for your family or friend. As a resident of North Vancouver, getting a Chinese and Cantonese speaking care worker was almost impossible. I had searched on and off for over five years, and the businesses I contacted did not have staff that would meet these two requirements. Literally, the only workers they had would stay in the Vancouver, Burnaby, or Richmond areas only. No one wanted to work in North Vancouver. As pessimistic as I was, I gave looking for a care worker one more try. And Qualicare was able to deliver. Warren and Helen have been polite, professional, and supportive of our needs. They helped find a nice lady who gets along well with my mother.
