I came to read these reviews because I am considering this place for in-patient rehab for a family member. I expected to see complaints, but what I noticed is that the complaints were left unanswered and the kudos got replied to. This gave me pause, as it seems to justify the complaints about the lack of communication and responsivity.

The nurses are too cheap to pay 15 dollars a month for parking designated to them so they illegally park in 2 hour zones for their entire shift. City street is for everyone to use including the residents who live in the area as well. Poor management that does not respect neighbours living in the area

Every day my husband spent at this center I was on pins and needles. The staff were abusive and lacked the kind of understanding necessary for stroke patients. My husband came back to me traumatized and scarred from this facility. I intervened on many occasions with no changes. In fact evenings became a source of nightmarish staff behaviour. From blaming him for his incontinence and more. This resulted in a continued trauma suffered by him today....as a spouse I also bear the suffering just watching it unfold in him daily. As an advocate for him I feel I let him down. Our medical system is overworked and understaffed. This facility is lacking in heart for their patients
