Staff are pleasant to deal with. Parking is cheap for a health care facility. Easy to get to by bus also; stops right by the front door.

From the very beginning, your staff treated him with patience, respect, and genuine kindness. It gave our family great comfort knowing he was in such capable and caring hands. The attention to detail, the warmth in your interactions, and your constant support truly made a difficult time much easier for us. We are deeply grateful for everything you have done. I came to read these reviews because I am considering this place for in-patient rehab for a family member. I expected to see complaints, but what I noticed is that the complaints were left unanswered and the kudos got replied to. This gave me pause, as it seems to justify the complaints about the lack of communication and responsivity.
