Update...(2nd review) I would like to thank Queens Village and their entire team for their kindness and support they gave my mom during her stay there. You went over and beyond to be sure she was well cared for. I appreciate and loved how you were able to get her to participate most activities. She really did enjoy her daily sittercise and playing Bingo! (1st review) I did quite a bit of research before selecting Queens Village Retirement Home for my mom. I'm happy to say I am very pleased with Queens Village and the staff. The staff are attentive and they know each resident and address their needs. I highly recommend Queens Village.

Our family has both my Mom and Mother in law living at Queen’s. The staff is kind and caring. There is a true culture of community. The recreational therapists are outstanding and connect with the residents from their hearts. The building is currently being updated and for both Mothers feels more like a home than a residence. We are grateful everyday for the respect, support and commitment all staff share with our family.

My mom has been living here for the past 3 years and she is happy there. Although I have heard of bed bugs in the facility, she does not have any. I find the staff to be very helpful and pleasant! Shout out to Sandy and Laura who are always so upbeat and very helpful! I appreciate what you do for my mom and the other residents. :)
