My sister and I would like to acknowledge the invaluable work done by the staff during our father's transfer from his apartment to the care unit. The ease and flexibility demonstrated by Ms. Michelle Fiset, the leasing manager, were truly remarkable. She reassured us and guided us in finding solutions to ensure our father received the best possible care. We also wish to express our appreciation to Ms. Christine Desjardins, the director of care, for the accuracy of her information and the warm welcome our father received upon his arrival at his unit. It goes without saying that, for us, HARMONIE is a benchmark in the field of private seniors' residences. I went for a walk with my father while waiting for someone. While waiting, we went to the mountains to see what the view was like, and it was magnificent.

After almost three years, it's a wonderful place to live! My mother has constantly raved about how much she loves her sunny and peaceful apartment! The staff is very attentive, kind, and responsive to their residents. They managed the pandemic remarkably well. The residence is impeccably clean. It's situated in a beautiful setting, close to everything. We, Mrs. Blanchet's family, highly recommend it! Thank you for everything!
