We're doing very well. The people are very kind. The food is good. There are activities, but there's a lack of staff. And sometimes they act silly. I'm not sure I'll stay in September; I haven't even been here six months, and I've already been criticized a few times. For no reason, because I only leave my apartment for essential things. I stay home, and I've gotten to the point where I don't order anything anymore for fear of being told nonsense. I can't even imagine what it will be like when it becomes Cogir. To be continued

Disappointing experience at this place; all they care about is your money. The cleaning was a joke. They told us it was done with supporting signatures, but the signatures were forged. The person who supposedly signed the work order hadn't worked for them for two weeks. The former general manager, who still works for them at another Chartwell, took us and another resident to the rental board but never appeared in court because he had no case. That's Chartwell for you: they want your money, and they'll get it.
