This place pretends to be a 5-star hotel while taking advantage of its workers and retirees. During a fire alarm I witnessed, someone suffered a fractured skull, and several others were left stranded on the upper floors because no one came to rescue them. Furthermore, in case of fire, the elevators don't work, and there are only fire escapes... not very smart when most of the guests use walkers or are in wheelchairs. If that isn't convincing enough, the employee turnover is incredibly high. This establishment is a disgrace. The managers always find excuses to explain away guest complaints. Edit: When I said residents were left to fend for themselves, I meant those who remained in their rooms or on balconies that weren't on the ground floor, not those waiting to be helped down the stairs. My mother told me this because the residents involved said no staff member came to get them before the alarm was over. She also told me that throughout the incident, the other residents waiting for help on the stairs never received any, even though the incident lasted a long time, as I managed to arrive before it ended. I also wanted to emphasize that this is just the last straw. There are several other problems I don't have time to describe, but this one is dangerous, and the situation was poorly handled.

My grandma lives here. I told her that it is “like luxury”. She responded, “it’s not LIKE luxury, it IS luxury!” Very nice place. Has pool, library, theatre room, etc. They’ve got some nursing services as well. Dining hall is fancy and has tasty food. 5 stars!
