Poor management overall. Staff ignored us for a long time without acknowledging. The lack of respect was disappointing, although the receptionist was kind.

We had an appt on Sunday jan 04 morning at 10:30am. We came from montreal and Josée-Lisa Lefrançois was not at work to accommodate us.. the receptionist said it was an error with website. Bullshit some one should have been available to accommodate the family.. very bad service not professional
