The floor for people with cognitive impairments is poorly managed. Staff are untrained for this type of clientele and are constantly changing. Residents are often left to their own devices. There is almost never anyone at the security desk. In short, it's not a suitable place to care for people with Alzheimer's. A long-term care facility will quickly become the better option for your loved one.

I have nothing but good things to say about this residence. The staff is warm and welcoming. Close to all services, La Roseraie remains a residence where it is good to live and where compassion, kindness, and dedication are ever-present.

Ms. Lapointe, who manages apartment rentals and tenant reception, is very efficient and extremely friendly. La Roseraie offers well-maintained, good-sized apartments at a reasonable price. Several services are available on-site, and the building is well-located (Sainte-Foy, across from Plaza Laval).
