Just a quick note to tell you how much I appreciated my father's time in the Roseraie care unit. They took excellent care of him. The staff, the nurses, the orderlies, everyone involved, whether directly or indirectly, were all wonderful. My father received excellent care! My grandmother lived at La Roseraie residence for several years, and we have very fond memories of her time there. The staff was always attentive, caring, and kind to her and our family. We always felt she was in good hands. The team is professional, available, and dedicated to the well-being of the residents. Thank you to all the staff for the excellent care and support provided over the years. I recommend this residence without hesitation.

The floor for people with cognitive impairments is poorly managed. Staff are untrained for this type of clientele and are constantly changing. Residents are often left to their own devices. There is almost never anyone at the security desk. In short, it's not a suitable place to care for people with Alzheimer's. A long-term care facility will quickly become the better option for your loved one.
