The service was quite poor. The food was awful, with no help or stimulation. Hygiene was also lacking; her bed wasn't always very clean, and her care was neglected. Since my aunt has been in the long-term care facility, she eats much more, smiles, and participates in activities; she's unrecognizable. This shows that good care is important.
