A huge thank you to the entire team and to Julie Ménard for taking such good care of my grandmother. She is happy here, eats very well, and feels safe. The infirmary staff are very quick to inform you about the condition of your loved ones. I am extremely grateful! There are plenty of wonderful social and recreational activities, some even educational. A variety of food and complete meals are offered in the cafeteria! A few parking spaces will be available for families who want to visit their relatives here. Conveniently located in Chicoutimi. I highly recommend it!

Unfortunately, the management of Villa Saguenay shows no concern whatsoever for the peace and quiet of its residents, which is supposed to be guaranteed by their leases. Tenants like myself, who had the misfortune of choosing (at the end of winter) one of the hundred or so apartments overlooking the inner courtyard, are subjected to the noise generated by the numerous activities organized there during the summer, sometimes accompanied by loud music. There is no curfew; everyone is free to do as they please. To distract a small number of the rowdy tenants, the space of others is encroached upon. Those who would simply like to sit on their balconies and enjoy the cool evening air in silence must instead shut themselves in and blast their air conditioners. Air conditioners, incidentally, are not provided by the landlord. So if you like peace and quiet, flee this place populated by the hearing impaired and the elderly who have become too weak to claim their basic right to peace and quiet, despite the exorbitant rents they pay.

What can we say about the welcome from the Villa Saguenay team, especially Ms. Julie Ménard, the rental advisor? She managed to put my grandparents at ease and, most importantly, reassured them that they would be safe with their wonderful team at Villa Saguenay. Our entire family is grateful for your warm welcome. They are now very proud to be part of the Chartwell family! Sincerely, Véronique Sabourin For Mr. Léopold Sabourin Ms. Janette Bouchard
