My brother was a residence of Rideau. He was initially hesitant to move from his previous residence but loved living at Rideau and never once regretted the move. The staff were friendly, caring and made sure my brother was well cared for when needed. This contributed greatly to his enjoyment with living at Rideau and to my peace of mind. The other residents were very welcoming and this also helped with the transition. My brother was also a big fan of the meals! He loved the choice of food as well as the dining room atmosphere.

The staff are amazing! I am not a resident, my mother is though and can’t imagine her living anywhere else. Today, I fell outside and because I am disabled, was struggling to get up. Eric came right away and was very obviously skilled in handling a crisis. Thank God for him, he was patient and really helped me get up on my feet again. Although embarrassing, he made me feel like it was ok and he would be sure I would get back on my feet right away. I am so thankful he was near me.
