What a life saver Right at Home has been for my Dad living alone in his home. As soon as we called to inquire about their service, we were asked what our needs were. Immediately Andrea, our coordinator put into place fabulous PSW support for him very last minute. She followed up promptly with emails and phone calls. I was relieved to have this service for my dad over the weekend. It felt good he was being looked after by two amazing PSW’s, Sue and Thelma. Big thanks to this fabulous service for seniors.

My parents have been so hesitant to accept help in their home, but as soon as I began speaking with the RAH staff I knew my parents would like them! My goodness it has been such a positive experience for us all. The care coordinators I have spoken with have been so helpful, professional and interested in matching my parents with the home helper that would suit them best. And of course as soon as they were paired with NATALIE, they said 'why haven't we done this sooner'. Now my parents don't stop talking about Natalie..."Natalie really loves what she does" "Natalie is such a hard worker" "Natalie is so sweet and caring". We thank everyone for all of the support as we onboard programming and services for my parents and would wholeheartedly recommend RAH (but Natalie is booked!!!!).

We are thankful for Right at Home as they helped our aging Mom and special needs brother to stay in their own home in spite of their growing need of more support and assistance. My sister and I live out of province/out of country so Right at Home was our "lifeline"! They worked with us to provide the best care for our loved ones. We are thankful for Andrea, the Care Planner, who was always available with a listening ear and advisor for us. Anna, our longest Right at Home caregiver, has become like family to us. She went over and above to help our family. Caregiver, Thelma, was a hard working steady presence in my mom's place, who often did things outside her comfort zone. One thing we love about Right at Home is that they can do anything we'd like them to do. If my mom or brother had an appointment or lab work, they could take them. If a meal needed to be made, menus planned for the week, assisting with showers and personal care and just being a friend to play a game with, Right at Home caregivers were ready and willing to help. We don't know how our family could have made it through the past few years without Right at Home caregivers supporting our family. I am thankful that I could manage the care of my mom and brother with support of Right at Home from a distance. I appreciate that the caregivers wrote up notes from each visit so as family members we could know if there were any problems or issues to address. Thank you Right at Home for helping our family through the transition of "being in their own home" to moving into Independent Living and now to Assisted Living for my mom.
