Driver of company vehicle, black Toyota Sienna plate CMS 6487, is incompetent, driving through stop signs, not using signal lights, making illegal left turns. Why drive like this with your logos all over the van?

I went to visit my neighbor who is there after hip surgery. This place is beautiful and looks more like a hotel than a seniors residence. Even the personal rooms are large and very nice. I was very impressed by everything I saw and I looked at the menu which was very good.

My mother in law’s rent went up 14% for independent living. We are looking for alternative accommodation for her. We did a tour of Silvera and were very impressed. $2000./mo all in vs $2190/mo. She is moving out of a studio room to a one bedroom apt. Although there are no meals provided, she is able to walk to the assisted living building approximately 40m away and pay $5/ meal when she would like. Her apt. has a full kitchen, in suite laundry and great closet space. Definitely worth a look if you are in the market to look after a loved one in a higher end facility.
