I want to share my experience working with SmartCare Home Servises for installing heat pumps in our home. It all started when a representative came to our door and explained the idea clearly. From there, they guided us through the entire process, including working with Efficiency Nova Scotia, and were always there to help with the next steps. The team made everything easy to understand, and I felt supported the whole way. I highly recommend SmartCare to anyone looking for a reliable company to help with finding the right program and handling the installation process. I hope this feedback is helpful.

On this date of installation there was 2 males whom did a great job. They start early morning and then the skies open up and it poured rain, to the point they used umbrellas to finish the job.

We were recommended to SmartCare from a friend who just had their heat pumps installed through the Rebate program. Working with Matt has been such a great experience. He handled everything, he was a pleasure to work with and everything was done faster than I expected. The installers were wonderful guys, the work looks great inside and out and we love the heat pumps. Thank you so much Matt for making this a really easy process. I’d recommend you and SmartCare anytime.
