We had a great experience with Home Instead helping care for my wife. The caregivers were friendly, dependable, and treated her with kindness. Communication was good, and it was reassuring to know she was in good hands. We appreciated the support and would recommend Home Instead to others looking for in-home care.

We were so fortunate to have Sonya as a caregiver for my Dad through Home Instead. She was with him when he passed away suddenly, and her care, compassion and support during that difficult time meant so much to our family. After Dad passed, Sonya continued caring for our Mom, who passed away six months later. She took such wonderful care of both of them, and they truly loved her. Sonya became much more than a caregiver…she became like family to us. When we were searching for help for Dad, Sonya was the angel we needed. Her kindness, dedication and genuine compassion made an incredibly difficult time easier for all of us. We still keep in touch, which says so much about the kind of person she is. We will always be grateful for the care and love she gave our parents. The staff at Home Instead were the best. Although I have no memory of engaging Home Instead as I was very ill, I was provided with what I needed and promptly. There is no other such service that I am aware of. As well, I was very impressed with the young women who came into my home, carried through with whatever came up and with their own initiative took charge when called for. Please let them know how how much they were needed, that they always performed professionally, all with my great appreciation.
