  Prior to surgery (our mother was having her hip replaced) we asked the doctor if doing both at the same time was an option. He consulted with his team and they concluded that mom would be a good candidate for bilateral hip replacement surgery. This change threw a monkey wrench into the plans we had made for mom's convalescing. As a result, the following day I reached out to Right At Home, after a google search, and the day after mom's discharge a representative attended mom's home, assessed her and built a plan for 24 hour care that would cover the first 2 weeks post-op. The care she received during this time from a number of RAH's staff was superb and i would highly recommend the company for anyone considering such services.

  I have done a lot of research and delt with a few agencies and now feel compelled to share my thoughts. We all will agree the importance of having our loved one's getting the best care when needed so no need to look any farther. Right @ home is a world class agency providing exceptional top drawer service. The communication with this agency is next to none as they are consistently keeping us updated with progress reports from the PSW's that look after our mother. There is no wait time when calling and the 24 7 phone service is like none that I have ever delt with. Take the time for your family member to at least make a call and after you speak to them then you will also agree with my review I'm certain and you will to have found the best care for your loved one. Thanks to Ian the director in my area and all of the awesome friendly staff that I have been dealing with. Keep up the world class service Right @ home.

  Ian and the team at Right at Home Care are fantastic. I live abroad and my mother lives alone. When she needed help urgently (on a weekend), they worked their magic and had her assessed and a care worker there within hours, providing peace of mind and reducing stress at a very stressful time. They worked with me, adjusting swiftly and with compassion as our needs changed, following up numerous times on how she was doing. That sort of compassion and dedication is not common place and I’d recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs care for themselves or a loved one.
