From beginning to end, the nursing staff and PSWs who cared for my uncle on June 30th (day, evening, and night shifts) were absolutely incredible. My uncle was only there for less than 24 hours, but the care, kindness, and compassion shown to him and our entire family was something I will never forget. Being in healthcare myself, I have seen many different levels of care, and I can honestly say I have never witnessed such genuine compassion and attentiveness. Every person who cared for him made such a difficult time feel more peaceful and supported. In a healthcare system that is under so much strain, it was a beautiful reminder that this level of care and humanity still exists. I wish I could remember the names of the wonderful staff who were there from 7 p.m. until my uncle left at 3 a.m., but please know that each and every one of you made a difference. Thank you a million times for the care you provided to my uncle and our family. We are incredibly grateful.

Beautiful place and kind nurses and PSWs. My Dad spent his final days here, I was able to visit in the later evening. The nurses and PSWs asked about my Dad and what he was like and seemed genuinely interested in his life. So thankful for Stedman Hospice

I just wanted to thank the whole team here at Stedman’s. Too many names to thank, there were many of you that seriously went above and beyond for my mom Rita and my family. For 3 months my mom was in your care as she held on like the fighter she is. She was so thankful for you all, the talks, the laughs, the shared tears. You allowed us to still feel like a family, enjoy company with friends, meals and much more. To all the PSWs, Nurses and volunteers. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience during one of the toughest time periods. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
