  I have lived here since April 2025. This is a seniors only building in Oshawa and this I do like. I have to be honest on one thing... Cleanest building lived in many years. Compared to another place lived at for many years. I appreciated, when tenants had not seen me for days, out of concern and aware my being very ill. Did a wellness check on me with police. Nice there are very caring humans in this place.

  Needs a real review so: My mother has been living in the building 5 years now and she is very pleased. I visit Mum with my daughter as often as I can, almost every weekend, once or twice a week as well because Mums took care of us when we where young it's up to us children to take care of mums when they are elder, and real home cooked meals. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are nurses on staff for those that need them. There are Meals served 5 nights a week meat and potato's, type, There is always a selection of at least two menu items. They have a very nice dining in area where tenants socialize having Card games and other events often. Holidays are always big with displays and events themed towards the occasions. There is a lounge for tenants to use where tenants can hold get together with family and there own events. There are rules for the tenants to follow and they are neighborly type rules, common rules that anyone would follow out of respect for those around them, nothing overbearing or unreasonable. (they where trying to push no smoking on balconies however that was overturned) Maintained; The building is kept very clean, the stairwells and lobby and first floor just got a fresh coat of paint. The painting looks to be something that is kept on top of regularly. If a tenant has a lightbulb go out or some other type of issue it's a simple call to the office and most issues are dealt with promptly. I've never seen any bug infestations or anything of that sort. The water pressure is good however there is an issue with temperature changing rapidly when showering, it will go from hot to freezing and back to normal without warning I've heard it is only an issue in that one section of the building but showering is very hazardous for elderly due to that in my opinion because it would be hard to get out of the way during the temperature changes as and elder. I'll add a few photos of holidays and the building in general when I log in by Pc. I hope to move in in my elder years.
