Food is terrible. My parents live there and me and my family have complained many times. I even called and spoke with chef Nelson and Matt the head of Harmony Hill and things have still not changed. Don't let all the pics on their sight and fb fool you about how things are run there. If we had of known about the food and many other things we would have never moved our parents there. The meal they give you if you are thinking of staying there is always good. Then you bever get a meal like that again. Don't put your loved one here. Update after hearing from Harmony Hill. My father has Dementia and can't remember what he ate. So asking him how his meals have been are useless and the staff there should know that. Thanking you for proving a point on how well connected you are to your residence. Do better. Also if you see a review by Tammy Pilon she works at Harmony Hill so of course she would do an excellent review. How many more staff members are doing the same? It took 2 to 3 months to get a new bathroom mirror that just fell off the wall in the middle of the night. My parents could have been badly hurt. A psw came and cleaned it up. That should have been maintenance doing that. The carpets in their bedrooms have never been cleaned and transition pieces between the carpet and floor are still raised even though they said they fixed them. Kitchen cupboards are to high. They can only reach the bottom shelves. Outlets are blowing. There are so many things wrong at this place that I would be typing for an hour. Please just don't move to Harmony Hill.

I stayed in Harmony Hills Respite unit after my knee surgery, originally for two weeks; however I added one more week. We found the staff and PSW s most welcoming, friendly and helpful. There were lots of activities organized too but I did not participated as I was there to recuperate. A shout out to Elizabeth who was wonderful. Food was good too and a good variety. The location worked well for medical needs and general supplies. Too bad we couldn't use the pool. Thank you to all, warm and helpful staff, you made my stay a restful and safe experience. Eugenia

I've been living at Harmony Hill for more than 7 years now. I feel comfortable & safe in my home. My family love coming to visit me here. It's a community that comes together to help one another out. It's a vibrant community that's very active - lots of activities to take part in and get involved. Come & check out Harmony Hill and judge it for yourself. PS. My motto - HARMONY HILL ROCKS!!
