Every staff member is friendly, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to the residents' well-being. From day one, they have made our parents feel welcomed, valued, and at home. The kindness, respect, and sense of community shown by every staff member is truly exceptional. Knowing our parents are so well cared for gives our family tremendous peace of mind. We highly recommend the Winchester Glen Retirement Community to anyone looking for a caring and supportive place for their loved ones.

The staff at Winchester were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made my parents feel right at home. The whole experience for my parents and my siblings was exceptional and we would highly recommend Winchester Glen.

**I’d like to update this review. This facility received several citations relating to my mother’s care here in assisted living. She passed away after residing here for under a month. If your relative requires assisted living I would not consider this retirement home. We were definitely oversold in the care our mother would receive here. Staffing was limited for the amount of people requiring care on this floor.
