One month in and loving the Edward. It meets all my needs. Food spectacular. Staff outstanding. Lots of activities and the residents are such a great and welcoming group. Beautifully decorated.

My mother lives at the Edward. The food, service and overall cleanliness is acceptable. My mother has a disability and the rank ableism from other residents is heartbreaking and I feel the rudeness makes her uncomfortable and feel unwelcome in a place she pays for. Kindness makes a community.

While the staff at The Edward are friendly and caring, there's a constant turnover that makes it difficult for residents to build meaningful relationships. Just as residents start to recognize a familiar face, that person is gone — which is especially hard on seniors who value consistency and connection. The food used to be much better about a year ago, but both the quality and portion sizes have noticeably declined. For the amount my grandmother pays each month, the current standard is simply not acceptable. Residents deserve better — something needs to change.
