I cannot say enough about the extraordinary care and compassion we have experienced at Hospice of Windsor and Essex County. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team has shown genuine kindness, warmth, and professionalism not just to my aunt, but to our entire family. Watching the nurses work tirelessly through the nights has given me a deep, heartfelt appreciation for their dedication and strength. Their patience, empathy, and gentle presence have been a true blessing during such a difficult time. As someone whose daughter had the privilege of working with them as a nursing student this past summer, I feel an even greater sense of respect and admiration for the work they do every single day. They not only provide expert care, but they also bring comfort, dignity, and love to every moment. My gratitude for this team is immeasurable. I see them now not just as nurses or support staff but as angels in action. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you do.

Wonderful place. Staff are very caring and kind. Our Mom's room was lovely. She even got to plant her own little garden.
