  My mother has been a resident at the Parkway for two years now, and I cannot say enough about how grateful our family is to have found this community. From the beginning, what struck me most was how genuinely cared-for she is. The included meals — breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner — mean she’s eating well every single day without any stress. The daily security checks give me enormous peace of mind, especially living at a distance. And knowing there’s a Health Resource Coordinator on hand if anything comes up makes all the difference. The little things matter too: light weekly housekeeping, daily garbage pickup, and transportation to outings and appointments mean Mom has maintained her independence without the burden of managing everything on her own. The planned recreation programs have kept her socially engaged in ways we honestly weren’t sure would happen after the move. Two years in, I can honestly say the Parkway has exceeded every expectation. Mom is happy, active, and well looked after. If you’re considering this community for a loved one, I’d encourage you to take that step. It was one of the best decisions our family ever made. — Cameron

  A truly wonderful retirement facility! The building is beautiful! The services offered are excellent, and everything is well-organized and professionally managed. The food is especially impressive—fresh, delicious and with plenty of variety. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into meal preparation. Well done EJ! There is also a fantastic range of activities, excursions and outings available for residents. From social events and group activities to organized trips, there is always something engaging to look forward to, helping residents stay active, connected and fulfilled. What really stands out is the staff. They are kind, compassionate and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of the residents. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels supported and at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place where quality care and community truly matter.

  The Parkway Retirement Centre has been exceptional, and I want to extend a heartfelt thank‑you to Susie and Whitney. They consistently go above and beyond, showing professionalism, expertise, patience and genuine kindness in everything they do. Together, they ensure that residents receive not only quality care but compassion and dignity as well. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they do. The Parkway is fortunate to have such dedicated and remarkable team members, and they make a world of difference.
