I recently visited Shores Port Credit and was impressed by the excellent service provided by the servers. They were attentive, friendly, and made my dining experience enjoyable. However, I was disappointed to witness the way the Philipina manager treated her staff. She was visibly rude and unprofessional, often shouting at the servers in front of customers. This behavior creates a negative atmosphere and is unfair to the hardworking team. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a respectful workplace for the staff, as they truly deserve better. It’s unfortunate to see such great service undermined by poor leadership.

We had the pleasure of meeting Bradley and his team at the Shores of Port Credit on behalf of our local business, RE/MAX Realty Enterprises, to tour the space as a potential venue for our training and events but also to view the units and amenities offered as a potential for our clients. We were blown away by this residence - it truly is an upscale and luxury feeling building with great amenities including golf simulator, pool, gym, wine cellar, restaurants and spa.The apartment units were fantastic with everything someone would need in an adult lifestyle community. The staff we met were all helpful and took pride in the community they've built! A welcome and much needed addition to our beautiful Port Credit!

We have just completed our first year of residency in the Lifestyle Apartments at The Shores, 270 Lakeshore Road West. After spending 32 years living in the USA, we just moved back to Canada. We visited many retirement communities in southern Ontario but are glad we picked The Shores. An important item was that the project was with Verve Senior Living, which has lots of experience with senior living units throughout Canada, especially in Ontario. We were looking for independent living but having access to an attached extended Care facility (280 Lakeshore Road West), if required in the future, was very important to both of us. We have been very impressed with the knowledgeable, professional and personable staff and the excellent unit construction. In addition, the meals have been exceptional with lots of great choices. Another important item for us was being close to good walking trails and The Shores is right in the middle of many great trails. It is nice to be back in Canada and live at The Shores. Meryll & Tom
