Do not let the fancy exterior fool you. This place may look nice from the outside, but our experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. During the sales process, we were told many things that later turned out to be misleading or simply not true. They made it sound like there would be reliable care, proper support, and 24/7 skilled nursing available on site. But after speaking with residents and seeing what actually happened, it became clear that the reality did not match what was promised. One example: the call pendant was promised during sign-up, but later they charged $40 per month for it. Something that was presented as part of the service suddenly became an extra charge. That is unacceptable, especially when families are making decisions based on what they are told upfront. It feels like they are very good at selling a dream, but not nearly as good at delivering the care, honesty, and accountability they advertise. Promises were made just to get us interested, and once we moved forward, the truth seemed very different. Families should not have to discover after the fact that important care promises were unclear, exaggerated, changed, or not honoured. When you are dealing with the safety and well-being of a loved one, honesty is not optional. My advice: do not trust verbal promises from this place. Get every single thing in writing before you sign anything. Ask hard questions, double-check every fee, and do not be fooled by the appearance of the building.

After my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, she spent her last final months at Venvi. We were happy with the overall experience that she had. The staff were very good, friendly and took good care of my mom. In fact, they were very helpful with us in her final moments and made her loss bit more bearable. I appreciate all the staff members that and will highly recommend.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care and support our family has received since my mother-in-law moved into King Gardens. She is truly enjoying her time there, and it’s been heartening to see how comfortable and happy she has become so quickly. A special thank you to the sales manager Josip, who was incredibly professional, informative, and supportive throughout the transition. He went above and beyond during her first week to ensure she felt welcomed and well cared for. We’ve also been very impressed with the food quality and the care taken to accommodate her dietary allergies — it’s made a real difference. Thank you again for creating such a warm and attentive environment.
