My family and I toured several retirement homes in the surounding area and we were very impressed with Sunrise Erin Mills. From the moment we arrrived, we were greeted to a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels very home-like. The staff were kind, attentive, and caring. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. It’s apparant that a lot of effort goes into creating a positive, supportive environment. There are also many engaging activities and events for the residents to take part in. I would highly recommend Sunrise Erin Mills to anyone looking for exceptional senior care.

I recently did a walk-in tour at Sunrise of Erin Mills while exploring options for a respite stay following my knee surgery. During my visit, I met with Kerry-Ann, who was very professional and welcoming. She took the time to walk me through the community, which I found to be clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, home-like feel. Throughout the tour, both staff and residents were smiling and in good spirits, which created a very positive and comforting atmosphere. Kerry-Ann shared that she has been with the company for 10 years, which truly speaks volumes about the consistency and dedication of the team. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Sunrise of Erin Mills to anyone considering senior living or respite care options.

I recently called to inquire about senior living options for my parents and had the pleasure of speaking with KerryAnn. She was extremely professional, took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, and helped schedule a tour. During my visit, I had the opportunity to meet several staff members, many of whom have been with the community for 10 to 15 years, which speaks volumes about the consistency and quality of care. I also met the Executive Director, Tonia, which added a very personal and reassuring touch to the experience. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces. I truly enjoyed my tour and felt very comfortable in the environment. I would highly recommend this community to anyone exploring senior living options for their loved ones.
