10/10 care. This facility has set the new standard for what I think is acceptable in long term care. It’s bright, organized and people are genuinely happy (staff and residents). They have a whole calendar of activities and experiences to keep day to day life enriched and also actively foster community

Thinking of entrusting Trico Living Well with supporting and caring for someone you love? I did; the last two years of my father’s life there were horrific and heartbreaking. My happy, easy-going father was treated abysmally despite escalating pleas (to care staff, to management, and eventually, the ownership) that his Care Plan be followed. An overwhelming majority of the care staff lack the skills and/or the inclination to deliver care even at a nominal level. I ended up visiting every day to give my ol’ dad the care and attention he deserved. From infantilizing, disrespectful interactions to regularly ignoring doctor-ordered dietary restrictions, to medical incompetence in emergencies, Trico Living Well fails on all counts. We booked the private dining room at Trico for my mom's 87th birthday party. The decor is beautiful. Tricos award winning chef catered it and was very accommodating, calling in advance to verify meal options and to inquire about food allergies. The menu had numerous options to suit everyone's tastes. We had so many comments on the delicious meal. The staff were attentive to our every request and very kind. I highly recommend this venue.
