Place is very beautiful, but please avoid putting parents or loved ones in. Not qualified staff, over priced. Do not give the care that they say you are to get for the very very high price you pay. Spiritual care is non existent. Unless you can walk to the chapel on your own. Horrible horrible place.

Do NOT send your parents here. While the website talks about all the services they provide, there are very few activities available, few concerts, and your loved ones will be nickle and dimed to death for every little extra. There are some very kind staff, but they are often stretched thinly. Some are not qualified to be caregivers. Some of the call bells don't work, vulnerable people are often "forgotten" about, and many of the appliances need updating. Much of the food is "freshly reheated," and most of the baking is done elsewhere. Much is barely warm, some of it entirely inedible and for the ridiculous price residents are paying it is outrageous. The administration does not return emails even if your concerns are vital, and if you visit on a weekend sometimes it is hard to get someone to answer the door. There is a reason that this place doesn't have a waiting list. Don't believe the website. Stay as far away from this place as possible. EDIT> Also do not believe the response from owner. They do not take your concerns seriously, and you can't contact anyone with them. Team members were notified of a number of glaring problems and nothing changed.

From the moment I walked in this beautiful community I knew the staff loved working with seniors! I could see them laughing and joking with every resident. The tour experience put me at ease, and I appreciated how they really listened to what I was looking for. I can't recommend Trinity Manor at Stonebridge enough!
