I do not know the place only from driving by. Great location and attractive premises. The pictures of food are appalling, brown and white mush. No nutrition there. I hope this is not representative of everyday food.

If your family member can live on the Independent living side, then Crofton Manor is fine. Do not have your family move into the Assisted Living side, especially if they have Dementia. The staff are not trained in this area. They are rushed & abrupt with the residents. Communication with administration is poor. Residents are left alone for hours in their rooms. Emergency call bells are not answered. Staff are often absent, resulting in casual staff, which is very difficult for the residents. My relative required "minced" food (finely chopped), not "pureed". Communication with administration & food services did not help. Attached are photos of meals, which no one would want to eat. Strongly recommend not moving a loved family member into Crofton Manor. I post this to hopefully prevent another family from experiencing the heartache that we went through.
