Victoria manor's staff have no compassion at all. I'm a husband of an individual living at Victoria manor and yesterday August 28th,2021 I helped my wife to wheel herself in side only to be met with hostility and rudeness from the staff and residents of Victoria manor located at 759 Victoria Avenue Windsor ontario. The only reason I wheeled her in was due to the fact that she fractured her ankle on August 13,2021 due to the negligence of the staff not cleaning up water. The result of her fractured ankle is she had to undergo surgery to have a plate put into her ankle to stabilize the break. Since the surgery on my wife's ankle she is ordered not to put any weight on her ankle and the staff half the time will not help her out with simple things like getting on a toilet. In all seriousness I would not recommend this retirement home to anyone be warned if you want your loved ones safe don't send them to Victoria manor Ty for your time
