  My placement experience at this organisation was both rewarding and impactful. I had the oppourtunity to work with a team that can only be compared to none, plus the residents themselves were welcoming, kind and cooperative. This helped me tremendiously to grow in confidence and improved my communication skills. I am expecially grateful to an exceptional supervisor [Nida Naseeb] and the entire team for their guidiance and encouragement throughout my placement. Their support made my learning experience truly enriching and prepared me for future success. I would recommend this organization to any student seeking a positive and fulfilling placement experience.

  Beau the male cook does not allow residents to have juice beverages during in dining meal times. The residents pay a great amount of money to be able to have juice beverages for meals. Do not understand why it upsets him when residents want juice beverages when the items do not come out of his cheque, besides he is not a server but it upsets him when you pour a glass of orange juice for a resident. Do not understand why it bothers him. Jaclyn former manger did nothing to help solve these issues and each Manager ignores the complaints. Edit This review is true as he is miserable to work with and to the families who bring in their relatives into this home, please ask them yourself if they are allowed juice during meal times.

  As an independent personal care worker, I regularly visit my clients at Lifetimes, and I can honestly say it's a wonderful place. The staff are always attentive and genuinely caring towards their residents. I'd especially like to recognize Tanya from the dietary team. She is consistently kind and thoughtful when delivering meals, it makes a huge difference to my clients. The environment is so welcoming. You can feel the sense of community as soon as you walk in and there's a real atmosphere of respect and warmth throughout the building. The residents are kind and friendly to one another, and it is clear that management puts a lof of effort into making sure everyone is taken care of. It gives me peace of mind knowing my clients are in such a supportive and positive environment!
