The care that you would expect, or have been promised, is totally lacking. Simply put, a lot of lip service. The basic necessities are sometimes the only care they provide. Be prepared to be your loved ones main care provider.

Disgusting that they will violate residents rights. Human beings that cannot speak for themselves being denied the POAs to come into their own home! Staff is good some are great! However the management and organization aswell as communication in this place is a disgrace!!
