I had a great experience with Zahra. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Her excellent customer service made everything easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend her services.

Bought my Rollator here, was very pleased with the whole experience. After several plane trips, Rollator needed a little love which Mike provided today, no charge for new screw. Mike is also looking into warranty for screw caps that have gone missing. Thank you Mike, much appreciated.

I was referred to Wellwise by my physiotherapist who recommended I required a walker. After entering the store I was greeted by a gentleman (sorry did not get his name). I advised him of my requirement and he brought me to an area of the store that held various walkers. He thoroughly explained the respective features of each walker in order that I would understand my suitability and make a compatible decision. His patience made me comfortable dealing with the situation and I was confident I made the right decision. This is not my first dealing with this store and I would not hesitate to visit there in the future.
