I had an excellent experience with this agency and their staff. She came prepared, on time, she was ready and patient. I truly recommend their services. Their prices is reasonable and also the availability is very flexible. Thank you Gem

I think I did leave a review but I’m happy to leave another. Great service, allowed me to sleep better at night knowing my mum would have some help in the event that she had to get up during the night. She was in assisted living so staffing was virtually none existent during the night. If she fell she could be lying there for quite along time.

My family had a great experience with GEM Healthcare Services. It was an extremely stressful time. The PSW staff was very caring with my parents. The office staff was responsive and efficient. They were able to create a care plan very quickly. GEM helped us until we could secure assisted living for our parents. I’ve already recommended GEM to a friend.
