This is a very well managed service. Care is taken to match service providers to the needs of our family member with dementia. Caregivers have been a wonderful support for our family.

Home Instead was Contracted by Alzheimer society for companion respite for mom. From day one the caregiver was matched well with my mother’s needs and personality. She is compassionate, kind and goes out of her way to meet mom’s daily needs. Because of this we hired the caregiver for extra days. Home Instead is a very responsive as well as compassionate company. They know how to match client needs to their employees with sensitivity. They communicate very well and always keep me well informed, in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to meet the needs of your loved ones.

Memories Plus has been wonderful for my parents. They provide a lovely PSW, Murton, who helps them in every aspect of daily life—they truly couldn’t remain at home without her. Harvey, and his team are outstanding. Their communication is excellent, they are caring and understanding, and they can adjust coverage at a moment’s notice. I highly recommend Memories Plus to anyone in need of at-home personal care.
