I came into the store today with my mum to get her a back rest and a cushion to give her some support and we met Ugo. He was very patient with my mum as diffficult as she can be at her age but he took his time with her needs and made sure we got the right products with his apt suggestions. My mum is very pleased with her back rest and Cushion. I am glad we met the fine gentleman to attend to us, we left very satisfied.

I was fortunate to work with Muskaan in the Peterborough store for my latest CPAP needs. The new head gear she suggested for me has no air leakage and is very comfortable. Muskaan made sure I had a good fit. She also helped my daughter with new headgear and because my daughter is not able to come into the store for a fitting Muskaan phoned the next day to check on the new mask and its fit, which again was excellent with no leakage. Muskaan is very knowledgeable, knows the products well, and is a pleasure to speak with. I would recommend her highly for any CPAP needs.

I have to say Muskaam is the best person to deal with. I was very overwhelmed and nervous about an appointment. MUSKAAM was exceptional. I felt valued and she does care. I feel lucky to have such a caring person helping on my journey .
