I have been receiving homecare support from West Coast Homecare for 18 months now and have been impressed by the quality of service provided by West Coast and by the help & dedication of the West Coast workers. Their support has enabled me to stay on in my home despite my having become disabled. They help not only by way of the domestic and personal assistance they provide but also by bringing into my home a spirit of cheerfulness and hope that has helped me to manage my situation. I & my family are very grateful. My medical improvement, both physical and mental, has been attributable to both my doctors and my West Coast homecare workers. I strongly recommend West Coast to seniors and their families needing such assistance.

I had a very positive experience working with this organization. The team is professional, supportive, and always communicates clearly and respectfully. They make an effort to match caregivers with suitable shifts and are always available if I have questions or need assistance. I truly appreciate the way they value their staff and create a positive working environment. It makes a big difference to feel supported and respected in my role. I would definitely recommend them to other caregivers looking for a reliable and caring team.
