So disappointed in Westgate. We booked a cruise and lost a $1,000 after it was cancelled. Then booked some rooms cheaper than Westgate in Pennsylvania. Then tried to book a dimension 2 holiday and hours on the phone booked it directly with the resort cheaper. Please do your homework before investing, especially as a Canadian. The exchange will kill the plans. I was told they would price match but had to do some paper work just to get the same price without doing any paperwork. I am thinking we have wasted $1,000s in this membership.
