We couldn't be happier with our experience at this retirement residence. The apartments are absolutely beautiful-thoughtfully designed with spacious bedrooms, generous wall-to-wall closets & large, well-appointed bathrooms. The living area & kitchenette are the perfect size, offering both comfort & functionality. Most importantly, the staff are truly exceptional. Every team member goes above & beyond, treating residents with kindness, respect & genuine care - it truly feels like family. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our parents are in such a warm & supportive environment. The food is outstanding - truly second to none and consistently exceeds expectations. A special thank you to Paula, who is simply incredible. She is always available, incredibly helpful and deeply caring. In fact, it was because of Paula that we ultimately chose this residence. Her dedication & compassion made all the difference & she is perfectly suited for her role. Our parents are extremely happy here & we are so grateful to have found such a wonderful place.

As like many others, we did our due diligence in search of a place for Mom to retire! When we came across White Cliffe Terrace our search ended....We had found our place! So kind, so caring and so professional on every level. We moved Mom in this past year and she is so comfortable and loved by all . We know and have confidence that when we are not around , she is well cared for! Thank you to all ! We are all so impressed!

I'm impressed in many ways with this seniors residence. It's like a cruise ship, except it has a lovely back yard. What's important is our family member likes it. The staff is great and the dining room experience is also very good.
