Psychogeriatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation services are provided to individuals 65 years of age and older with serious age-related mental illness and associated challenging behaviours. Individuals under 65 who fit diagnostic criteria will be considered on a case by case basis. All treatment is provided in a safe environment with patients receiving support in their transition back to the community or long-term care. Services include:.
