Very poor in communication with residents. Waiting for our water bill and it never was sent. I hope they are not helping themselves at my bank because I did not agree with it. My advice, communicate! Hire people who know how to use the phone and to send bills properly.

Do not commuicate well sent e mails no reply .got $2300.00 water/sewer bill told it would be corrected, still waiting now 3 weeks.several others in community also got large bills, not corrected.must call CKWS & Wig Standard . Do not move here if you want good customer service and communication from Parkbridge

I drove through and seems quiet and clean. Looks like everyone takes pride on the surrounding. I'm hoping to buy next year if any come available
