  I only had the chance to work at Royale Place for a few months, but it truly was an incredible experience. The team members are some of the kindest people you will ever meet, always prioritizing the happiness of residents. The management team was an honour to be a part of, as we always worked together to ensure residents were well taken care of. The place is currently undergoing exciting renovations and I cannot wait to see how it all turns out! The residents are simply amazing, and have all been incredibly welcoming. Thank you to everyone at Royale Place for giving me such an unforgettable experience 🫶🏻

  One star because the building is nice. Second star is for a couple of staff that are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my mother had to move after being there for a year. Due to the lack of experience and staff in the kitchen also with the wait staff meal time was usually a bad experience. The chefs couldn't accommodate her special diet therefore making her wait until everyone else was served. Then she would have to remind them that she was still waiting. All the people she sat with for meals couldn't believe what was happening. They were thankful they could eat a regular diet. Besides the food and the long wait times for service. The doctor was stretched way to thin which made for short short appointments with very minimal results. The nurses are nice but on 2 occasions my mom had told the nurse she thought she should go to the hospital and they would keep asking are you sure you want to go. At that time when they finally called an ambulance she was admitted to emergency for almost 2 week the first time. The second time was the same senerio with the nurse and she then went and was admitted again. Then the bugs came and all they would do is put sticky pads around her unit. This went on for months until it warmed up and they left. She was woken many times with a bug crawling across her face. The fridge in the unit is large size bar fridge good to keep drinks. Food would spoil quick and the freezer wouldn't freeze properly and needed constant defrosting. The toilets are made for shorter people which means you will need to install an elevated seat. Otherwise maybe the 2 stars is a little generous.

  I recently was in visiting my grandma and just wanted to say how amazing the PSW working with her is. Her name is Crista and she truly goes above and beyond and treats my grandma like family. Every time I see her she’s always so kind and smiling. My grandma just loves her and that gives my family a lot of comfort knowing she is in good hands. We really appreciate everything she does!
