Hope you never have to visit but if you need to, it’s a very nice place. Friendly and attentive staff, clean, truly care about the patients. The administration staff is friendly and took the time to explain the details. Two doctors came by daily, of course, with the goal of maximizing comfort and they walk thru the options and thoughts with you. The nurses drop by frequently and they truly care. All in all, really appreciate the entire facility and organization.

Kwok Hospice for the extraordinary care they provided to our beloved Daksh during his final month. What we experienced there was far more than medical care--it was compassion, dignity, and humanity at the highest level. Over time, the staff didn’t just support us; they truly became like family, and we will never forget the comfort they brought to Daksh and to all of us. A heartfelt thank you to Michelle from the admissions team. Her kindness, patience, and steady guidance made every step easier. She ensured we understood everything clearly, supported us through difficult decisions, and treated our family with genuine warmth and respect. Each doctor on weekly rotation took the time to learn about Daksh’s needs, preferences, and comfort levels. Their commitment to easing any discomfort and ensuring his peace was evident every single day. They approached his care with dignity, attentiveness, and a deep sense of responsibility. The entire care team--nurses, PSWs, kitchen staff, and cleaning staff, went above and beyond. They made sure Daksh was comfortable, calm, and cared for at all times. They also made sure we were cared for, offering support, reassurance, and kindness during moments when we needed it most. Their compassion extended far beyond their duties, and it meant the world to us. Knowing that Daksh’s final destination was surrounded by such love, comfort, and humanity brought our family immense peace. We will forever hold this hospice and its staff close to our hearts. We thank you and appreciate you deeply. I hope to come in soon to see all of you in person and express our gratitude face‑to‑face -- I will arrange this with Michelle. My mom was there for her last days, all the doctors, nurses and staffs there are amazing and caring including the cleaning staffs, they all made her last days very heart warming and comfortable and also made it easy for the family as they need to juggle between work and taking care of her, I would like to send my sincere gratitude on behalf of my family and thank them all for all their patience and hard work. Yee aging Hospice is the best
