Not professional, while waiting I heard staff refer to a client as "the neediest client" saying how many of those clients they had. Extremely unimpressed.

Pavle was a delight to work with. One of the most thorough eye exams I’ve had. He explained things very clearly which I appreciated. Can’t wait for my glasses to come in so I’m ready for the summer 😎

Very easy to book an exam online with my iPhone. I was impressed with the wide range of times to come in. The lady who did my tests was great at explaining what to expect and gave good instructions. I appreciate clear directions. Dr. Lozo was so great and helpful. He took the time to explain the differences in my vision and what the images of my eyeballs revealed. Special mention to all the staff. They were very accommodating of me and my barrage of extra requests when it came time to choose glasses.
