Kiefer is a real trooper he was very kind and was able to give me bad news in a kind trauma informed way. Would recommend him to kindly be able to explain things well not getting dysregulated

I moved over to the Eye Gallery a few years ago on the recommendation of a trusted friend. I am so glad I did. The optometrists are amazing, both Dr Toor and Dr Turner They have not only provided thorough exams, but also been super in a few emergency situations. They take a very wholistic and thorough approach and explain everything very well. The rest of the team are great too! Mary has helped in choosing frames and lenses and fitting frames, Char has done some fixes on glasses I had from a different place before, and Kiefer is super at doing all the preliminary testing and knows all the right products for my dry eyes. I highly Eye Gallery.

From the moment we walked in to the store we felt welcome with kind, caring and attentive staff. It was explained to us that if we liked some frames but not in that colour they could show us and bring in those particular frames. My wife liked a pair but the blue pair were not in stock so they had them shipped from Spain for her. We liked them, bought them and the process of getting lenses was smooth and efficient. I was having issues with my glasses from another optical store and they made an adjustment which made it right so just had a new pair of frames set up with lenses and once again it was done right and efficiently. A special shout out to Keiffer (hope I spelt that right) for going above and beyond. We are very happy clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Eye Gallery to my friends.
