I want to reach out this morning, to the people at Coop Home Medical MacLeod Tr. and the person who changed the tires on my manual wheelchair yesterday. I would like to say thank you for the great service and courtesy you provided. Recently, I was very critical over a disagreement I had had with the tech over whether I needed new tires. The previous tires did have tread left along the outer edges, and would've met my needs as such if necessary. What I failed to realize is that the tech was probably acting in my best interest in trying to spare me from an unnecessary expense. I failed to see this entirely. If I should happen to find myself in a similar situation at some future date, I won't let my stubborn pride dictate my actions. Ricky was amazing! We stopped in the Calgary location! Even though we did not have an appointment when he heard we were coming from Sicamous, BC and that we needed the brakes adjusted on my moms walker he took the time in their busy schedule to fit us in. Amazing customer service!! Great job Ricky!

After injuring myself due to a combination of clumsiness and terrible luck, I was put into a situation that needed a knee scooter rental - a monday that monday-ed hard. After calling around a half dozen places, we called here and the employee working around who answered our phone calls between 2-3 pm was SUPER sweet and even called to other stores for us to see if they had any all-terrain knee scooters available. Unfortunately at least 3 locations this employee called for us were out but at that point, we decided a regular one was fine and we became inclined to go to this location purely because of how sweet that employee was. After getting to the store, James, who was another store associate was super helpful, professional, knowledgeble and overall great. The rental prices were better than any others I looked at, the parking situation kinda sucked but oh well. All in all, the employee on the phone and James actually made this terrible monday feel less terrible and the reasonable price just solidified it. As much as I wish to never get into a situation again where a mobility aid rental is needed, IF I do, I'll come back here.
